Bay leaf incense sticks are made from dried bay leaves that are wrapped together with string. Bay leaf, also known as bay laurel, is burned for many reasons including warding off negativity, attracting positivity and manifestation. It is also known for its cleansing and protection properties as well.
Directions: Simply light the end of the incense stick bundle and allow it to burn for a few seconds before putting out the flame. The smoke can then be used to cleanse a space or person. When smoke-clearing a space, it’s important to move the bundle around the room, paying special attention to corners and areas where negative energy may be trapped.
It is best to either let the smoke fill the space fully and then open windows to let the negative energy out or open windows at the beginning of the cleansing session and leave them open throughout.
