Eligible items may be returned within 15 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at admin@yaayaafree.com.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For health, safety, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used herbal or ingestible products, teas, personal-care products, body products, oils, scrubs, or other products that cannot safely be restocked after opening or use.
Custom or personalized products, gift cards, downloadable or digital products that have been delivered or accessed, and items specifically identified as final sale are also non-returnable except where otherwise required by law.
Unopened and unused physical products that are not excluded above may be eligible for return within the return period stated in this policy, provided they are in their original condition and packaging and proof of purchase is provided.
Please contact us before returning any item. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Order Processing
Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on our website or during checkout. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order for shipment and is separate from the carrier’s estimated transit time. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during periods of high order volume may require additional processing time.

Shipping Addresses
